ZM Contracting is a small residential construction company located in Apalachin, NY. The owner, Zack, is passionate about his work and loves making clients happy. Owner
Zack Morgan
Zack has a civil engineering degree from Broome Community College and has been working in the industry for the last decade. Throughout college and in his early 20s, he did residential construction while working under a General Contractor. In his mid 20s, he worked for a construction company where he operated heavy equipment for residential and commercial earth moving. In his late 20s he was a construction manager and inspector for an engineering firm.
During that time, he completed many projects for family and friends. Most notably, he built his own home located in Apalachin, NY. He is proud to be able to utilize the home as a showpiece for clients to view and discuss creative solutions.
